Mission and brand values, color palette, and art direction on the redesign of the logo.

2010-2019Digital Sales DirectorAt Hearst, my focus was on developing and implementing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, including both local businesses and global brands. I led digital strategy development for brands such as Lyft, Total Wine, Igloo, Singapore Airlines, and Saudi Aramco, managing over $9.2M in marketing spend.A key part of my role involved pioneering the adoption of emerging marketing technologies, including OTT, programmatic, and native advertising. I developed and implemented company-wide frameworks for improving campaign effectiveness and client ROI. Leading a team in creating data-driven, cross-platform marketing strategies, we consistently increased client engagement and revenue. Collaboration with internal and external agency teams was crucial in maintaining campaign KPIs and tracking client goals.

During my time at The Greensheet, I received numerous company awards such as the Greensheet Key Award(s) and the prestigious Spotlight Award.I was responsible for maintaining and growing $4,000,000 in existing revenue and developing new revenue streams for the company, participated in the hiring and onboarding, and focused on Needs Based Sales Coaching – to further mutual relationships of Clients and Sales Representatives. I also worked on developing key strategies and disaster plans which resulted in saving over $240,000 in revenue loss from Hurricane Ike.
